PRINCIPLE

weir skimmer consists of a floatable head ,a power pack put on the deck of a boat or the bank abd linking hoses between the head and the power pack. A floatable head equipped with camel,put the brim of oil gathering into oil that on the oil wather interface..The oil can be trsported to oil gathering and then water keeps off outside. Oil that has been drew out under gathering and into the oil storage device though hoses. Eqipped with remote hydraulic system, adjust place of brim accurately to oil water interface.

STRUCTURE

Slimmer equipped with transfer pump, it is suitable for transferring all viscosities of oil. Hydraulic motors drive pump,pump rate can be adjust,speed suits the oil to flow in the gathering.The pump also can reverse and obviate barrier,in case pump will be locked by garbage or large oil bulks

It is suitable for recovering all viscositise of oil and any oil slick thickness.

Draft and weight of skimmer is light,camels distributed have the stable buoyancy,enable the skimmerhas the good wave-response,it is widely used in spill oil waters such as river,harbour,off-shore petroleum platform and ship salvages

while working the power pack which was put on the board or on the bank. supply hydraulic power to the skimmer.Hydraulic valve can control rotate speed and direction of the pump. it can also control hydraulic system pressure.The power pack have two kinds.One is diesel engine.The other is electromotor. Diesel power pack was equipped whith oil tank and start up by electricity.The electromotor power pack has guard against explosions the electrically controlled box.
